Event Policy

Privacy Policy

West Valley Spades Social respects your information. This policy explains what we collect through our forms and how we use it. By submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

1. What We Collect

When you submit a team registration, partner-interest, sponsor, or venue inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, and any optional fields you choose to provide, such as a phone number, team name, partner first name, or city. We do not ask for your birth date, government identification numbers, or payment-card details through these forms.

2. How We Use It

We use the information you submit to process your registration or inquiry, confirm your team's participation, deliver private event details to confirmed teams, respond to your questions, and coordinate the event. With your separate, optional consent, we may also send you information about future West Valley Spades Social events. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the organizer.

3. Where It Is Stored

Registration and inquiry records are stored in the event's secure backend database. Registration records and contact lists are never publicly browsable. Only authorized organizers can review them, and every administrative action requires authenticated, server-side authorization. We do not sell or rent your information.

4. Private Venue Details

The exact venue name and address are kept private. They are shared only with confirmed teams through the organizer and are never published on the public website, in maps, in search results, or in our structured data.

5. Payments

If a secure payment option is configured, payment is processed through the organizer's approved payment provider. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers through this website. Registration is confirmed only after the organizer verifies your registration and payment.

6. Retention

We keep registration and inquiry records for as long as needed to run the event and handle follow-up, and afterward as needed for legitimate record-keeping. You may request a copy of your information or ask us to correct it by contacting the organizer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect when you submit your information applies to that submission.
